The Clumsies is one of those homes that’s both modern and cosy at the same time. It is only a studio apartment, so if you flex your culinary muscles, you'll smell your cooking as you go to bed. Then again, there are tonnes of great restaurants and bars to explore in the Financial District or in nearby Tribeca, if you’re up for a night on the town. This area is mainly commercial, but don’t be fooled by all those people in suits who flock the streets Monday to Friday, then disappear. This is America’s birthplace, so make sure to learn a thing or two about history while you’re here.
