Description Inner Sanctuary: New York

The balcony and the garden of Inner Sanctuary are an oasis in the Village. It’s not what you’d expect, given the location in downtown Manhattan and the fact that we’re talking about a studio. The flat has an aura of calm that builds on the amount of plant life. Many of the trappings of the modern world have been omitted, so there’s no coffee machine, or TV (though the wi-fi’s good and you can stream things easily). Admittedly, not everyone will agree with these decisions, but we see them as just another way that this flat sets itself apart from the crowd.

*Occasionally Brenton stays in the flat below, in which case you'd be sharing the garden (but not the balcony)
