About Kips Bay

Kips Bay is a mainly residential neighbourhood, moments away from the rush of Midtown, which has lovely waterfront views across to Brooklyn and Queens. The neighbourhood combines historic brick townhouses with new high-rise apartments, and is home to some of the country's best hospitals - a good neighbourhood for the hypochondriacs amongst you perhaps? Some people accuse it of being non-descript and, it's true, it's definitely not going to win...

Host

This home is managed by Avi

This home is managed directly by a business. A member of their staff will be your point of contact before and during your stay. Avi and his team look after a number of homes across the city and they offer exceptionally attentive service. They are happy to accommodate additional beds, different types of pillows and duvets, as well as different options for cookware and anything you can think of, pretty much. The team track all their guests' flights and meet them all at the airport personally.
