This NoHo loft is the epitome of New York cool. Picture soaring ceilings, nearly wall-to-wall windows, and an industrial-chic design straight out of an architectural magazine. There's a glassed-in office ideal for remote workers, a sleek main suite with a walk-in closet, and a gleaming kitchen designed for at-home dinners (when you're not trying the world-class eateries nearby, of course). To top it all off, you'll have access to the building's communal roof terrace and shared courtyard. Location-wise, Washington Square Park is just two blocks away. Greenwich Village, SoHo, and all of Manhattan's most-visited landmarks are also within easy reach.

Home truths

The communal roof terrace and courtyard are not pictured. These are shared with other residents in the building.

The second bedroom is currently set up as a den and media room. It has a double sofa bed, as well as an en-suite bathroom. One of the walls has windows that face the living area, so it's not the most private.

No parties or gatherings of more than six people are allowed here.

Given the central location, noise is to be expected.

There's an office in the living area if you plan to work from home during your stay.

Parking isn't provided, but you won't need a car in NYC. Instead of driving, explore on foot or take advantage of the subway.

The building comes with a 24-hour doorman.

About NoHo

The name comes from its position north of Houston Street, but this sliver of Manhattan is just as handy for the two villages (Greenwich and East) on either side. It has a laid-back, bohemian feel with a mix of craft coffee shops, indie boutiques and stacks of distinctive, century-old loft apartments. The food scene is ever-evolving and ever-impressive, while small-scale galleries showcase on-trend art. Andy Warhol called this place home,...
