Sitting on the outskirts of Paris in the neighbourhood of Neuilly-sur-Seine, this apartment is a triumph of contemporary design. The glass doors and huge windows mean that the interior is simply flooded with natural light and this asset dances pleasingly off the wooden floor and white walls. The furnishings throughout are a great mix of the chic and the homely, with statement lighting and sleek kitchen surfaces sitting quite happily alongside shelves packed full of books, an upright piano and walls adorned with an eclectic collection of artwork. That's not to forget the balcony that runs around the side of the home and offers seating among the garden's treetops, either. From the home's outdoor space, you'll be able to appreciate the peaceful residential feel of the local area, but there's still plenty to see and do nearby. The expansive greenery of Bois de Boulogne is two minutes' walk around the corner and the Arc de Triomphe is a quarter of an hour's bus journey. La Défense business district is a similar amount of time away, too.
