Modern, elegant and extremely spacious – both indoors and out – it's perfect for a large group looking to unwind and enjoy the sun together. One of a pair of newly-built high-end villas, it's been thoughtfully designed to make the most of outdoor living and indoor comfort. And while you can easily cook in the fully equipped main kitchen, there's an excellent summer kitchen too – complete with a built-in barbecue, bar area and gorgeous outdoor lounge. By day, swim in your private infinity pool with views across the Aegean or just settle into the five-person Jacuzzi for some well-earned relaxation. There's a fitness room with all sorts of equipment if you feel the need to work out and there's always the option to arrange for an in-house massage. What makes this home unique is its flexible accommodation, which includes the main house, where you'll find three bedrooms, and three self-contained guest suites on the lower ground floor. There's even a seventh bedroom set away from the house, built into the sloping ground beneath the pool – perfect for staff or if some of your party would prefer a little privacy. And this room even comes with an underwater window into the pool. Just a few minutes' walk from Elia's main beach (300 metres away), with cafes and a watersports centre, you'll also be close to the town's sheltered nudist beach. And it's just 10 kilometres to Mykonos Town for special nights out.
