This boldly conceived villa is a modern oasis on the Costa del Sol. Floor to ceiling glass windows zig zag across the living space, bathing it in natural light and framing the view of La Concha mountain. The sleek kitchen is suited to everything from throwing together some tapas, to whipping up lavish dinners. Make use of the pool table in the second living room and get a tournament going, or enjoy a film on the projector on cosy evenings. Five of the seven bedrooms have en-suites. The two lavish main bedrooms upstairs lead out onto the vast terrace, which is fitted with exercise equipment, plenty of outdoor sofas, and a gleaming bar. Steps lead up to the top terrace, where there’s an eight person jacuzzi boasting panoramic views of the valley. In the summer months, start the day with a dip in the crystalline infinity pool, before an alfresco breakfast on the terrace. The villa is in Nueva Andalucia, within 500 metres of two of the Costa Del Sol’s famed golf courses, and 13 kilometres from Marbella’s town centre. Playa Nueva Andalucia is 2 kilometres away and a heavenly place to spend the day. When you arrive back home, head up to the roof terrace and practise your mixology skills at the bar, before firing up the barbecue and enjoying dinner outside as the stars come out.
