Do you have a question about this home or the local area?

Located just north of Madrid’s vibrant Malasaña neighbourhood, this modern apartment puts you in a prime position to explore the city’s historic sights, all while enjoying the many coffee shops, bakeries and vintage clothing stores around you. Inside, parquet floors, contemporary furnishings and vibrant pops of tangerine orange in the plump sofa’s throw cushions set a welcoming scene in the living area. We love the glossy finish of the glass table’s metal legs – the ideal spot to enjoy an intimate meal when you’re not out sampling the local tapas scene – as well as the large mirror here that helps maximise this petite but perfectly pretty space. The bedroom, meanwhile, is a fashionably pared-back and has been curated with a restful sleep in mind. When it comes to sightseeing, walk seventeen minutes to go shopping along Gran Vía with its beautifully striking architecture, or head to bustling Plaza de España, just over a twenty-minute stroll away. You’re also a twenty-five-minute walk from leafy El Retiro Park, while the Sorolla Museum is fourteen minutes away on foot.
