Dressed in a palette of soft green, cream and white, with an abundance of sumptuous furnishings and plenty of homely touches, this family abode is a wonderful retreat to return to after a day spent exploring the affluent nearby neighbourhoods of St John’s Wood and Maida Vale. Spend afternoons eating and drinking your way along Kilburn High Road, a five-minute walk away, before visiting the iconic Abbey Road Studios, reached in twenty-five minutes by foot. If you’re keen to head into the heart of London, Kilburn Park Underground Station is less than ten minutes away. Back at your pad, the light-filled sitting room is the perfect place to steal a moment for yourself with a paperback picked from your host’s bookshelves. There’s an open-plan kitchen-diner that’s perfect for socialising and a handy playroom, as well as a large garden, to keep the little ones occupied while you prepare supper. Evenings are to be spent playing table tennis until it’s time to retreat to the well-turned-out bedrooms for a restful slumber.

About Kilburn

Kilburn still has something raw and real about it and it’s a great part of town to stay in if you want to experience authentic multicultural London. It’s incredibly diverse ethnically but has also recently become popular with young families attracted by the leafy streets...
