This seafront property enjoys a central location in the seaside resort of Bexhill on Sea and lying just across from the property is the town s sailing club, 2 mile promenade, and wide shingle beach, which gives way to sand during low tide. Enjoy strolling around the many independent shops, restaurants, and café s that are right on your doorstep, or enjoy a day at the De La Warr Pavilion with its many events and exhibitions. For some more fantastic views, travel along the coast to Hastings, with its East Hill funicular, or take a trip to nearby Eastbourne with its Towner Art Gallery, an abundance of theatres offering West End Shows, lifeboat museum, and historic Wish Tower. Stairs from the main entrance leading up to the second floor apartment of this iconic Victorian building, built in the 1880s and which opens onto a pleasant hallway where there is space for hanging coats and dropping off sandy shoes.
