Montepulciano is 5km away, and places like Siena, Arezzo, Florence and Rome are easily reached by car or train.

*This home is spread over two floors, and all bedrooms are upstairs. Three bedrooms are on a mezzanine level, while the other four are upstairs. This home may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
*The swimming pool here is open from 15th May to 30th September. It is surrounded by a small fence, but children should always be supervised. Pool towels are provided for free.
*The fans here aren't usable, and air conditioning is only available in four rooms on the first floor, so it might get a little warm.
