Do you have a question about this home or the local area?

If a central locale is at the top of your list, then this apartment makes for a perfect base. This Florence pad is moments away from Piazza di Santa Maria Novella and Piazza della Repubblica, where you’ll find authentic restaurants and historical landmarks. The space is comfortable, though you won’t find it the most characterful, but the outdoor space is a cosy spot to sip your morning coffee. Roomy enough for a small group, it’s worth noting that two will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room. However, this won’t bother those visiting Florence on a city break, where sightseeing and dining out are the priority.

Home truths

While the outdoor space and bathrooms aren’t photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.

At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living area.

This home is located within an apartment building, with a shared entrance. Expect to bump into other guests during your stay.

Given the home's central spot, expect to hear some street noise throughout your stay.

Parking in Florence can be tricky, so we recommend sticking to the easily accessible public transport where possible.

About Santa Maria Novella

Tucked inside the thirteenth century boulevard that marks out the oldest part of Florence, this neighbourhood is on the western edge of Florence’s historic centre. The Piazza Santa Maria Novella, with its Gothic church and museum, is the centrepiece, and while the area immediately surrounding the train station is fairly gritty, it’s a convenient spot for those just passing through. Though Santa Maria Novella is not directly in the middle...
