Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
If you want to experience a more authentic side of the Algarve beyond the golf courses and beaches, this restored cottage in a quiet hamlet is an excellent option. There's a rustic charm to the living quarters, especially with the wooden ceiling beams and exposed brickwork in the lounge, but importantly, it's a lot more modern where it matters – namely, the super-sleek kitchen complete with an island and the rather impressive outdoor space. Speaking of which, guests are presented with plenty of ways to pass time when the sun makes one of its all-too-regular appearances. The swimming pool is a wonderfully cooling spot to escape the heat, while there are also shady spots where you can relax and dine on the verandah. Added to that, there's also a terrace that makes for a fabulous spot to catch the sunset. There's an immense feeling of tranquillity at the address and you can easily find walking routes amid the local hills and valleys. At the same time, you don't have to venture far to find a little excitement – the beach town of Fuseta is only 15km from the front door.
