Throwing the usual barbecue in summer won't be possible here thanks to the area's status as protected due to its natural beauty, but you'll have an electric plancha instead, so you won't miss out. You'll have plenty of peace and quiet here, but villages and towns like El Gastor and Ronda aren't far to drive, and make it easy to immerse yourself in local life.
