Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
Sitting in a quiet spot in Valle d'Itria, this home puts you close to ancient hilltop towns, sweeping countryside and golden beaches. However, we'd be well and truly smitten with this home even if it was in the middle of nowhere. Much of its appeal comes from the wonderful outdoor space, which offers guests everything from an invitingly blue swimming pool and pretty gardens to a pergola complete with an alfresco table and stone barbecue on which to whip up tasty dinners. However, the home's interior isn't without its charm, either. Contemporary in style, there's a wealth of natural light from the large windows and glass doors, plus a chic selection of furnishings and finishes. If you want a taste of tradition, there are a pair of the region's famed trullo in which to rest your head at night, too. The immediate locale is certainly peaceful and isolated, but you're just 3km from the centre of Carovigno whenever you need shops and restaurants. Both the medieval centre of Ostuni and Specchiolla beach are only 10km away, as well.

About Ostuni
You’ll probably spot Ostuni long before you reach the so-called White City of Puglia. It rises up on three hills, above the rust-red earth punctuated by olive trees. Shambling, narrow streets lead up the hillside to the crowning 12th-century Ostuni Cathedral. It’s a veritable labyrinth of ancient alleyways, where you can sample traditional Puglian fare like handmade orecchiette and oozing dollops of burrata in terrace restaurants, or taste a Salice...
