Located in the rolling pastures and green fields of the north Belgian countryside, this charming holiday home is perfect for families and big groups. The sprawling garden is the perfect place to relax on sunny days – the kids will have endless fun on the trampoline while you kick back on the outdoor sofa, play a round of boules, or fire up the barbecue for an alfresco lunch. Inside, the wooden beamed ceilings and exposed brick walls give a cool rustic feel, while the high-spec kitchen is well suited for whipping up meals which can be enjoyed family style at the long table in the light-filled conservatory. Host mega tournaments in the games room, with ping pong, table football and ice hockey, while little ones will enjoy playing with the train set. Each bedroom has its own character, and there is a jacuzzi bath in the master bathroom to unwind in after the day’s adventure. The house is located on the outskirts of Merksplas, a quaint Belgian town with supermarkets, restaurants and local amenities. Here, you are ensconced in nature, and the surrounding area has beautiful routes for cycles and walks. For a dose of city life, the centre of Antwerp can be reached in forty-five minutes by car.
