This newly built, pristine white villa sits just 300 metres from the sea. Stroll down to the sandy beach to build sandcastles and paddle in the clear shallows – the rocky coastline here is studded with secluded bays. In the other direction, the centre of Paralimni town has all the restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets and bars you could want, and is a leisurely walk or short drive away. The villa is a vision of modernity, blazing white against a near-constant blue sky. Around the back of the villa, you’ll find an inviting turquoise swimming pool, just begging you to plunge in. Loungers are shaded by a parasol and the dining table sits beneath the balcony, so you don’t have to dine in direct sunlight. What we love most is the wall of glass that fronts the living room, sliding back to blend the indoors with the outdoors. The decor inside is natural and calming, encouraging you to unwind. Chefs will enjoy plenty of prep space in the open-plan kitchen, thanks to a sleek breakfast bar and kitchen island. Upstairs, each bedroom has double glass doors, leading to their own balconies.
