Introducing Villa WV CIO, a stunning 3-bedroom villa located in the picturesque Grand Cul de Sac. This architecturally designed property, created by Allem Nefra, offers breathtaking views of the landscape and ocean. The modern layout features a central living and dining area, surrounded by bedrooms on either side. With a spacious living, dining, and kitchen area that opens to a front deck with a pool and multiple lounge areas, guests can relax and soak up the sun in style. Each air-conditioned bedroom boasts a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and large sliding screen doors that open to the outside deck and its captivating views. Adjacent to the pool is a wooden deck adorned with comfortable loungers for ultimate relaxation. Additional amenities include WiFi and U.S. satellite TV for entertainment. Enjoy the convenience of house cleaning services six days a week (excluding holidays). Please note that during the December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy regardless of the number of bedrooms used.
