Villa The property, also known as WV BEL, is a beautifully decorated 2-bedroom villa located in the charming area of Vitet. Just minutes away from the beach and shopping, this villa offers a splendid sea view that can be enjoyed from the spacious and modern living room. The living room features a delightful combination of white and wooden décor and opens up to a pool terrace with an ocean view. The well-equipped kitchen, located at the back of the living area, offers ample seating for guests. The master bedroom is tastefully furnished with modern décor, a comfortable king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom, and opens up to a terrace with a stunning view. On the lower level, there is a second bedroom with a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Although this room does not offer a view, it is suitable for teenagers. Guests can relax on the comfortable lounge chairs by the pool, which receives plenty of sunlight throughout the day. The villa also provides WiFi, a gas grill, and U.S. and French satellite TV for entertainment. Villa The property includes house cleaning services six days a week (excluding holidays) and even offers a complimentary car rental (category A from Turbe car rental) with any weekly rental during the low season. However, please note that during the December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. Please be aware that this villa is not suitable for young children and does not allow pets or smoking on the property.
