* To reach bedroom five on the ground floor, you'll need to walk through bedroom four first. This layout works well for families with children but may feel less private for two couples or older guests sharing the ground floor.
* The upper floor is only accessible by stairs, so if anyone in your group has mobility considerations, it's worth factoring that into how you allocate the bedrooms.
* Air conditioning is available between 1st April and 31st October only.
* There's free parking for up to four cars on the driveway. Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old, and groups under 25 are not allowed.
