The Dune Tide

Tucked within a gated community on the Emerald Coast, this house sits among native pines and palmettos – a naturally secluded setting that makes the coastal pace feel effortless. The private backyard pool is the natural hub for long, unhurried days, with a sun shelf, outdoor shower, and a gas grill and wet bar for alfresco evenings. Indoors, shiplap walls, cypress beams, and warm wood floors give the rooms a refined, beachy ease. Four bikes are included to explore the 30A path, and summer stays come with a beach set – handy, as it's just a five-minute walk away.

Home truths:
* The fireplace, fire pit, and pool spa are not available for you to use during your stay.
* One of the bedrooms has a single-over-double bunk bed that can sleep up to three people – we think it might be best suited to children.
* The community's beach club is members-only and doesn't offer day passes, so access isn't included with your stay.
* You'll need to bring your own pool towels.
* Four complimentary adult bikes are provided to make exploring the area a breeze. Between 1st March and 31st October, a beach service set (two beach chairs and one umbrella) is also included with your stay.
* You'll have three designated parking spaces here.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
