Set within a gated community, this villa is built around a private saltwater pool and in-ground spa, with palms framing the water on all sides and the Pacific visible beyond the terrace. Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors dissolve the line between inside and out, drawing the tropical garden into every room – including the main bedroom, which opens to a lava rock outdoor shower. Direct beach access to the shoreline, resort-wide bikes, a golf cart, and full use of the beach club round out a stay where the hardest decision is whether to start the day on the water or in it.

* If you're planning to stay during October 2026, be aware that the IRONMAN World Championship on 10th October will bring significant road closures and traffic delays across the Kona and Kohala areas, which may affect your driving routes.
* If you're travelling with young children, your host can provide a pack and play cot on request. A pool fence is also available – you'll need to request it in advance if anyone in your group is not a confident swimmer.
* During your stay, you'll have access to the amenities of a nearby beach club and hotel, including a swimming pool, hot tubs, fitness centre, and open-air massage rooms. These are shared with the resort's other residents.
