On Hawaii's sunny Kohala Coast, this villa is built around a private pool terrace where the sky turns pink behind the palms at dusk – the kind of evening that's hard to leave. A covered lanai with custom woodwork looks out over the fairways with glimpses of the ocean beyond, making it an easy place to barbecue as the light fades. Inside, pocket doors open the living room directly to the garden, and the main suite has its own lanai access and a spa-like en-suite. Located within a gated community, you'll have access to the shared amenities – which include swimming pools, a beach club, and a fitness centre – and you'll find cafes, restaurants, and boutiques within walking distance.

* At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
* You'll have access to the on-site swimming pools, hot tub, and fitness centre here, as well as the nearby beach club. They're shared with the community's other guests.
* You'll need a car to explore beyond the resort. Hapuna Beach, Waipiʻo Valley, and the Big Island's hiking trails are all a short drive away, but aren't walkable from the home. Garage parking is available.
* The lead guest must be at least 21 years old.
