Set in the heart of the medieval village of Villeneuve-les-Avignon is this welcoming family home that enjoys unobstructed views of the 14th-century Fort Saint-André. The large garden is enclosed by stone walls that once belonged to an old monastery and there is a delightful swimming pool in the centre. Furnishings are minimal inside but there's a comfortable and spacious living room and large bedrooms. The kitchen is very well-equipped - perfect for creating French feasts after a trip to the local market. That said, you may choose to dine out as there are numerous cafes and restaurants on your doorstep.
