The building itself has history – originally a rural family home – and that sense of place runs deeper than the views. Come summer, a shared pool adds another reason to stay put, though with over 200 kilometres of trails for hiking, cycling, and Nordic walking on the doorstep, and ferry connections at Torri del Benaco, there's plenty to tempt you out.

* You'll have access to a shared swimming pool here. It's only open between 4th June and 20th September, so if you're visiting outside those months, you won't be able to use it.
* There is one parking space available – handy, as we think you'll need a car here to make the most of the location.
* Well-behaved pets are welcome to join you upon request, for no additional charge.
* This home does not accept groups of young people (up to 25 years old).
