Set along the Zattere waterfront in Dorsoduro, this apartment offers wide views of the Giudecca Canal and the Church of the Redentore. Inside, traditional details like beamed ceilings, terrazzo floors and stucco walls give plenty of Venetian character, while modern touches make it easy to feel at home. Step outside and you’re just a short stroll from the Peggy Guggenheim Collection and Punta della Dogana. Vaporetto stops are close by too, taking you quickly to Piazza San Marco, the Lido and other corners of the city.

Home truths:
*Parking in Venice is tricky, so we recommend using public transport instead. The apartment is in a great spot for walking and has easy connections by vaporetto (water bus).
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot for an additional fee. You'll need to request them in advance.
*The bedroom curtains here don't fully block out the sunlight. If you're hoping to enjoy a lie-in, you might want to pack an eye mask.
*There’s an optional connecting apartment if you need extra space – just ask your host for details. Larger groups can also rent additional units in the same compound, which include access to a shared garden.
