Two minutes from Ballos Beach, this hillside home keeps the sea firmly in view – even from bed. A private stone path leads straight down to the shore, so getting there is quick and easy. There’s even a beach bar nearby for low-effort lunches. Back at the villa, the view is just as good from the pool or a lounger. In the evening, you can wander over to a nearby viewpoint to watch the sunset. Part of a small collection of villas, it’s not completely secluded, but it still feels tucked away. Tinos Town is about a ten-minute drive away when you fancy a change of scenery.

*There are steps leading to the front door here. It might not be the best option for those with reduced mobility.
