Three decks face out over National Forest Land and the Sierra Nevada, while a seven-person hot tub makes the end of a day feel like a reward. Inside, three wood-burning fireplaces keep things warm, and views across the peaks fill the windows of the living room.

* You'll need a car to make the most of your stay. There are up to four parking spaces on site – two in the garage (best suited to smaller cars) and two on the driveway.
* In winter, a 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains is strongly recommended.
* While the home can sleep up to sixteen guests, the maximum occupancy is twelve guests.
