* There's no air conditioning here – the apartment relies on ocean breezes to stay cool. For most of the year this works well, but if you're visiting during a late-summer heat spell, it's worth bearing in mind.
* At full occupancy, one guest will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
* The fireplace in the living room is decorative only, so don't plan on a fire on cooler evenings.
