Located in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, this home has a wonderful setting. A private patio is ideal for soaking up the sun. You'll also have access to shared grounds and gardens that span several acres and boast absolutely fantastic views of Florence. There's even a communal swimming pool. Set over two floors, the interiors are rustic and charming. And while the kitchen doesn’t have an oven, there’s a hob and a microwave. There are also a variety of restaurants in the sleepy village of Settignano, a short walk away. Or visit Florence with its cultural treasures – it’s within easy driving distance.

*This home is set over two levels and is an upside-down house. The stairs between floors are quite narrow, and there isn’t a door between the two floors.
*The house shares the grounds and swimming pool with two other homes.
*The swimming pool is accessible between 8am and 8pm and is open from mid-May to mid-September.
*You won't find an oven here – though there is a hob and microwave.
*The bathroom is quite compact.
*The traditional decor here might not be to everyone's taste. It feels a little dated in parts.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
