Tucked into a secluded Marche valley, this villa is surrounded by wooded hills and wrapped in around 1,500 square metres of fenced garden – plenty of room for children and dogs to roam freely. The pool and solarium with sun loungers makes it easy to lose an afternoon. When evening comes, the hilltop terrace is the place to be, with the Tuscan-Marche landscape opening up on every side. Urbino's UNESCO-listed Renaissance centre is a thirty-nine-minute drive, and the gorges of Furlo Nature Reserve are within easy reach for anyone who wants to stretch their legs.

* Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay.
* The villa is reached via an unpaved dirt road that is not suitable for low-clearance or sports-suspension vehicles. Parking for five cars is available on the premises.
* The family suite has its own independent entrance via an external staircase, though it also connects internally to the rest of the first floor.
* The pool is open from 26th April to 4th October.
* If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair. It's worth requesting these in advance so everything is ready on arrival.
* Pets are welcome to join you, though dangerous breeds are not accepted. If you're unsure whether your dog qualifies, it's worth checking with your host before booking.
* At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
