Set within a Florida community, this home is built for the kind of holiday where plans drift pleasantly from bikes to balconies to the beach. Cathedral ceilings and multiple gathering spaces give the interior real breathing room, while a screened porch with a table tennis table keeps guests of all ages busy. The wrap-around deck and rooftop perch offer calmer moments above the treetops. Four bikes come with the house – handy for the four-minute ride to the beach or the fifteen-minute pedal to Seaside. Access to the beach club's three pools and Gulf-view dining is included.

Home truths:
* One of the bedrooms sleeps up to six guests in two single-over-double bunk beds – we think this room is best suited to children.
* You'll have access to the on-site swimming pools here. They're shared with the complex's other guests.
* You'll need to bring your own beach and pool towels.
* While this home can accommodate one additional guest on the day bed in the living area, the maximum occupancy is twelve guests.
* The only full bathrooms here are the en-suites off the four bedrooms. Anyone sleeping on the day bed in the living area will have access to a separate toilet, but they’ll need to use one of the en-suites for showering.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
* Between May and October, sea turtles nest on the local beaches. You'll need to turn off balcony and porch lights at night and use only red-filtered torches on the beach.
* The on-site low-speed vehicle is reserved for the owner and is not available during your stay.
