Tucked into WaterColor's Lake District, this house puts you steps from the Sand Hill Pool and Western Lake Pedestrian Bridge, with Gulf beach access close by. The covered front porch – complete with egg swing chairs and a bench swing – is an easy place to lose an hour, morning or evening. A six-passenger low-speed vehicle and five adult bikes are included, making it simple to cruise over to Seaside's boutiques and food stalls or the WaterColor Beach Club's three pools and sunset bar. Inside, a bunk room keeps younger guests happy while grown-ups claim the king bedrooms.

* Every guest aged five and older counts toward the twelve-wristband allocation issued to this home by the WaterColor HOA – without a wristband, access to community pools and amenities won't be possible. Make sure your full group is accounted for when booking.
* You'll need to bring your own beach and pool towels – bath towels and linens are for indoor use and must not be taken to the beach or pool.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
* A six-passenger golf cart and five adult bicycles are included with your stay.
* The bedding tends to run warm and the pillows are quite firm, so you may prefer to bring your own if you’re particular about your sleep setup.
