The Beach Chapter

A private boardwalk leads straight from this Seagrove Beach house to the emerald Gulf waters beyond, making beach days effortless. Back at the home, a private pool with a sun shelf sits at the centre of things, while the reverse floor plan lifts the living room to the upper level – where sea breezes and Gulf views make for a hard-to-leave morning. Expansive porches stretch the living space outdoors, and a six-passenger low-speed vehicle plus five adult bikes are included for cruising the scenic 30A coastal roads at your own pace.

Home truths:
* At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the loft area, while four will sleep in the bunk room. The bunk room is separated by a curtain rather than a door, so we think it’s best suited to children.
* Your private boardwalk gives you direct beach access, but you won't be able to set up beach chairs, umbrellas, or equipment via the boardwalk – beach setup is not permitted here.
* Bath and bed linens are provided but must stay in the home – you'll want to pack your own beach and pool towels for days by the water.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
* The swimming pool isn't fenced.
* A six-person golf cart and five bikes are included with your stay.
