Sweet Gulf Breeze

Gulf views from two balconies, a beachfront pool, six community pools, and two bikes ready for the 30A coastal trail – this apartment earns its reputation as a complete beach escape. The beach club provides private beach access, while nearby public beaches at Van Ness Butler and Santa Clara keep options open. Back inside, the hardwood floors and beadboard detailing give the living space an easy, coastal warmth, and a window-seat nook in the bedroom is hard to leave on a slow afternoon. Lift access makes settling in effortless.

Home truths:
* At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living space.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
* Each guest aged five or older counts toward the home's wristband allocation of four, so children in your group are not exempt. Plan your group size accordingly to make sure everyone can access the pools and amenities.
* You'll need to bring your own beach and pool towels – the bath towels and linens here are not permitted to leave the home.
* If you're visiting between May and October, the beach sits within nesting sea turtle territory. You'll be asked to keep balcony and porch lights off at night and close the blinds to avoid disorienting hatchlings making their way to the Gulf.
