Description Shiplap & Dune: Santa Rosa Beach

Tucked away on Florida's 30A, this cottage delivers a combination of private retreat and community access. The outdoor space is the heart of it – a pool with a cascading waterfall, a shaded pergola, and a grilling area that makes long afternoons feel effortless. A screened porch with a bed swing is ideal for slower mornings, while the stone fireplace and vaulted living space give the interior a warm coastal character. A separate carriage house adds flexibility for guests who want a little distance from the group. Ready for a laid-back stay? The resort beach club – with multiple pools and Gulf views – is part of the deal.
