Home truths:
* Bedrooms three and four each sleep up to six people in a king-size bed and two high-up double beds. Bedroom seven sleeps up to sixteen people in four double-over-double bunk beds. We think these rooms are best suited to children.
* Bath towels are for indoor use only – you'll need to bring your own beach and pool towels for days on the sand or at the pool.
* There’s parking for up to two cars here.
* The home sits directly on 30A, which means road noise from passing traffic is part of the backdrop – worth bearing in mind if you're a light sleeper or expecting a secluded feel.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
