Tucked into WaterColor's Park District, this three-storey cottage is a short walk from the beach, the Beach Club pool, and the shops and restaurants of Seaside. Four outdoor porches – including two screened ones framed by coastal pines – make it easy to spend long evenings outside without the bugs, while a fireplace in the living area earns its place come cooler nights. The third-floor main suite opens to Gulf views, and four bikes are included for exploring WaterColor's trails or heading out to Grayton Beach State Park.

Home truths:
* To access WaterColor's pools and amenities, every guest aged five and older needs a wristband – this home is allotted ten in total, so the full occupancy of ten is covered.
* This home doesn't provide beach or pool towels – you'll need to bring your own. Bath towels and linens are for in-home use only and cannot be taken to the beach or pool.
* During nesting season from 1st May to 31st October, sea turtles nest on the beach. You'll need to keep balcony and porch lights off at night and close the blinds.
* If you're planning to fish during your stay, anyone over the age of ten needs a Florida fishing licence unless you're joining a guided charter. You can pick one up through the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation website before you arrive.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
* While the home can sleep up to twelve people, the maximum occupancy is ten guests.
