Description Marble & Seagrove: Santa Rosa Beach

Nestled among pines in Seagrove Beach, this house is built for groups who want room to breathe. The private heated pool – with a sun shelf and sitting spa – anchors a backyard made for long, unhurried afternoons, while the covered patio extends things into the evening. Inside, shiplap walls, a gas fireplace, and a wet bar with wine chiller give the living area a relaxed but polished feel. A short walk leads to the sugar-white sands of 30A's Gulf shoreline, and five bikes plus a six-passenger low-speed vehicle mean exploring the area is effortless.

Home truths:
* Bedroom five has two double-over-double bunk beds, sleeping up to eight people in total. We think this room might work best for children.
* During sea turtle nesting season – 1st May to 31st October – you'll need to keep balcony and porch lights off at night and close the blinds to avoid disorienting hatchlings on their way to the water.
* You'll need to bring your own beach and pool towels – bath towels and linens are not permitted to leave the home.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
