Lake & Lure

Tucked between the pines and the Gulf, this three-level house sits 400 feet from the sugar-white sands of the 30A coastline – close enough to hear the draw of the sea every morning. A tiered pool with coastal lake views beyond gives the group a reason to stay put, while a ground-floor games room, dedicated theatre room, and a private dock on Allen Lake mean there's never a shortage of things to do. A six-seater golf cart and bikes make the broader 30A corridor easy to explore, and Stinky's Fish Camp is within walking distance for when cooking can wait.
