Home truths:
* At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
* Bedroom four sleeps four people in two double beds, and bedroom five sleeps eight people in two king-over-king bunk beds. We think these rooms are best suited to children.
* Bath towels and linens are provided, but you'll need to bring your own beach and pool towels – they cannot be taken from the home.
* There's parking for up to six cars here.
* If you're planning to use the Low Speed Vehicle, your host requires each driver to sign a liability waiver with personal details. It's worth completing this paperwork before you arrive to avoid any delays on your first evening.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
