Sitting on the shores of Eastern Lake, this Seagrove Beach home makes the most of its waterfront position – a shared dock for paddleboarding and kayaking, a lake-view terrace for slower mornings, and a private heated pool and swim spa when you'd rather stay close to home. The beach at Beachside Drive is a three-minute walk, the boutique shops and cafes of Seaside are 1.5 miles away, and included bikes make it easy to explore the Timpoochee Trail at your own pace.

Home truths:
* At full occupancy, one guest will sleep on the sofa bed or the pull-out bed in the living area.
* While two of the bedrooms and one of the bathrooms aren't photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
* One of the bedrooms sleeps five people in a double-over-double bunk bed and a pull-out single bed – we think this room might be best suited to children.
* You'll need to bring your own beach and pool towels – bath towels from the home are not permitted to be taken out to the beach or pool.
* Parking is available for three vehicles – if your group is arriving in more than three cars, you'll need to consider alternative parking nearby.
* While the home can sleep more people, the maximum occupancy is eighteen guests.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
* Construction work is ongoing in the area around the home. Be prepared to experience some noise disturbance during your stay.
