Costa Sundown

Part of a vibrant community on the 30A coastline, this house puts you a short ride from the sugar-white sand beaches. The covered porches – one catching the coastal breeze, one facing the neighbourhood – make it easy to slow down, and the outdoor fireplace keeps evenings going long after sunset. Access to the community beach club adds resort-style pools, Gulf-view dining, and a sunset bar to your stay, while four bikes and a six-seater golf cart mean the wider community is yours to explore at your own pace.
