Coastal Magnolia

Tucked beneath the pines in WaterColor's Forest District, this coastal cottage is designed for the kind of holiday where days blur pleasantly between the beach and the back porch. Vaulted ceilings lift the main living space, while the front and back porches – complete with a swing bed and alfresco dining – make it easy to settle into the slower pace of 30A. Exclusive access to the WaterColor Beach Club brings Gulf-front pools and the Costa Chica sunset bar to your routine, and the community's bike paths make the beach and Seaside's shops effortless to reach.

Home truths:
* You'll have two dedicated parking spaces here. If you're travelling with additional vehicles, overflow parking is available elsewhere in the community.
* Per the WaterColor HOA rules, every guest aged five and older counts toward your wristband allocation – and this home is allotted ten wristbands in total. You'll need to include all children of that age and above in your guest count when booking to ensure everyone can access the pools and amenities.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
* One of the bedrooms has a single-over-double bunk bed that can sleep up to three people – we think it might be best suited to children.
