Tucked into a community along Florida's 30A coast, this home is built around the kind of unhurried family holiday that's hard to pull off anywhere else. A screened porch overlooks a neighbourhood park – a natural spot for slow mornings – while four included bikes mean the broader community is yours to explore at your own pace. The real pull, though, is beach club access: three pools, a Gulf-view sunset bar, and a grill that makes it easy to stretch the evening out. * The beach is a short ride rather than a walk, so you'll want to pack your beach and pool towels separately – bath towels and linens must stay at the home and cannot be taken to the beach or pool.
* If you're keen to rent a low-speed electric cart to get around the community, bear in mind that only one cart per home is permitted and availability is limited to sixty vehicles across the community at any time – it's first-come, first-served, so book early.
* Every guest aged five and older counts toward the wristband total, and this home is allotted ten wristbands – so plan your group size carefully to make sure everyone gets access to the pools and amenities.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
