Coastal Atmosphere

Tucked among the trees in one of 30A's coastal resorts, this house is directly across from the resort's clubhouse – meaning three pools and Gulf-view dining are a short walk away. The screened porch, complete with a bed swing and a dining area, is where mornings tend to linger longest. Five bikes are included for exploring the wider community, and the outdoor shower makes beach days easy to come and go from. When you're ready to venture further, Seaside's boutiques and open-air market are a fifteen-minute walk along the coast.

Home truths:
* At full occupancy, four guests will sleep in the carriage house. Set up as an independent apartment, it has its own kitchenette, living area with a sofa bed, bedroom, and full bathroom. Two of the four guests will sleep on the sofa bed.
* You'll have access to the on-site swimming pools, beach club, sports courts, golf course, and more here. They're shared with the resort's other residents. All guests aged 5 or older will need wristbands to access these features – twelve are provided for you.
* Bath towels and linens must stay at the home, so you'll want to pack your own beach and pool towels.
* You have three dedicated parking spaces here.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
* Five complimentary adult bikes are provided, making it easy to get around and explore the area.
