Cerulean Park Evenings: Santa Rosa Beach
addremove
Overlooking Cerulean Park in a coastal community, this five-bedroom cottage is built for groups who want both ease and elbow room. Screened porches, a courtyard with a wood-burning fireplace, and a second indoor fireplace give you plenty of places to settle as the day winds down. A six-seat low-speed vehicle and five bikes come with the cottage – perfect for cruising Scenic 30A – and access to the beach club puts resort-style pools and Gulf-front dining within easy reach.
Home truths:
* The home spans three floors, so you'll be covering stairs regularly – particularly between the main living areas and the third-floor bedroom.
* To use the community pools and amenities, every guest aged five or older needs a wristband. This home is allotted thirteen wristbands in total.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
