When you're ready to venture out, three resort-style pools, beachfront dining, and a sunset bar are right there, along with boutique shops and acclaimed restaurants nearby. Five bikes come with the house, so exploring the community's scenic trails is as effortless as the stay itself.

* Every guest aged 5 and over counts toward the wristband allocation, which grants access to the community's pools and amenities. You'll have twelve wristbands here.
* This home comes with two dedicated parking spots, with additional parking available throughout the community. Five adult bikes are also provided to make getting around easier.
* You'll need to bring your own beach and pool towels – bath towels and linens from the home cannot be taken to the beach or pool.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
