Sun seekers and surf enthusiasts will love this laidback home perched just steps away from Mission Beach. The beachy apartment occupies the ground floor of the building and you have exclusive use of the patio with its barbecue, outdoor dining area and fire pit. The interiors are comfortable with a definite holiday vibe and there's a very well-equipped kitchen too. And while the living area might feel a little cramped at maximum occupancy, you'll probably be spending most of your time at the beach anyway. Other San Diego highlights are within easy driving distance, including San Diego Zoo and the Gaslamp Quarter.

*Like many coastal homes in the area, there is no air conditioning here but fans are provided.

*At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.

*There is a designated garage here but it's only suitable for compact or smaller vehicles. You'll find additional on-street parking nearby.

*You have exclusive use of the patio but guests staying in the upstairs unit access their stairs at the shared entrance. Expect to bump into other guests during your stay.
