* This villa is not suitable for children under 8 years old due to a low wall on the upper-floor balcony.
* The villa is arranged over two floors with the main living area, kitchen, and one bedroom on the ground level, and a second living space and twin bedroom on the lower-ground floor.
* The twin bedroom on the lower ground floor can be configured as a double on request. Let your host know before you arrive if you'd prefer that setup.
* As is common in France, the toilet is separate from one bathroom.
* Air conditioning is only available in the two bedrooms.
